I have now taken steps to take the issue further due to the lack of response as I am fearful that a child will be seriously or fatally injured using this service.Main Arrivals Area At Palma Airport – Simple Overview Clearly once they have had your cash they are not interested. So not only are they offering an unsafe, illegal operation they have a unacceptable customer service. ![]() We again complained but to this date after several emails we have had no response from Hoppa. Not only is this totally unsafe but illegal. We again had no other option but to hold the baby in our arms for the hour journey or we would miss the flight. The return transfer arrived with only a child booster seat which was clearly not suitable for a baby which the driver agreed. We complained to Hoppa and we again were assured they had made Avant Cabs in the airport, their provider, of the issue and assured us we we have this resolved on the return journey. The driver confirmed this and wanted us just to strap her into an unsecured seat! As we had no other alternative we had to hold the baby in our arms for the hour journey. When our minibus arrived it did have a baby car seat but it was impossible to ft it securely to the vehicle. On several occasions I asked Hoppa to ensure the baby seat was made available which they assured me it would be. We paid for an infant baby seat as is required under Spanish law and as we would insist on in the UK. We booked a private transfer with Hoppa for a transfer from Palma Airport return to Cala D'Or purely because we were travelling with an 11 month old baby. Please do not use this company if you are travelling with children! ![]()
